The Arts Society provides children and young people with exciting opportunities to get involved in creative arts activities. This work with young people builds a lasting enthusiasm for the arts and an awareness of arts heritage and its conservation.
Arts volunteering offers opportunities for members to become involved in selecting local arts projects for support - which may be a financial contribution or hands-on involvement or both.
We were successful in obtaining grants from the national Arts Society for some of these projects during recent years.
